Buenas Dias from the tropical city of Flores, regional capital of El Peten in the North East of Guatemala! So many of my friends were taking Gap Years after A levels this year and believe me, I wish I could've done the same. Unfortunately, that would have meant that I would have had even less money for Uni than I do now so I present to you: *da-da-da-daaa!* the gap year in 6 weeks! I'm off to Guatemala with a company to spend 4 weeks building houses around Antigua, Guatemala before then trekking round some other parts of the country for just under 2 weeks.
