Sukhothai Aha, I have it (I finally wrest the keyboard from Lisa's grasp to write a blog entry!). We left Kanchanaburi very early on Saturday and undertook the 2 hour journey to Bangkok's Southern Bus Terminal, Sai Tai Mai.
