One of many salads

I have been eating salad with almost every meal. They are always served in a bowl, have a side of extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Here is one that I really thought looked and tasted great.

I came to Milan by train yesterday, and have been resting, reading, eating, drinking and just catching up on things. For the most part, everything shuts down on Sunday and Monday, so there were very little opportunities for sightseeing. It was nice to take a breath and regroup.
