'One of Liberia's Referral Hospital
The hospital is good, and has qualify doctors, but the problem at the hospital is the lack of drugs for patients.

Supplies for hospital
That's very true. The hospital has a partnership with Global Health Ministries that sent drugs and other supplies. This partnership worked well because the ELCA used to support part of the shipping cost as well. I am not sure of the status of this relationship and how it is being handled today. Several factors need to be considered: management of supply chain, costs, sourcing, leadership, and access may be relevant to this situation.
