Carnaval? In Argentina? Yes. Apparently, there is a big carnaval just 3 hours from Buenos Aires, every week during Januaray, February and March. Anyway I went to this carnaval with a tour, so we got to sit in the first row of the VIP section, and see everything real close. It was great - lots of music and little clothing.
