We arrived in Laos yesterday and we really like it so far. Bangkok is OK but we have been there so many times that when we found out that we would have to wait another 2 days in Thailand for our Vietnam visa we decided to fly out to Laos and get the visa here. I always wanted to travel and left Australia when I was 18 to travel around Europe and Asia, working on the way in London and Amsterdam, before settling down in Tel Aviv.
