Madridissa piti olla vaihtoaikaa 4,5 tuntia. Oli tunnin vähemmän, kun lento lähti tunnin myöhässä Vantaalta lumipyryn takia. Madridin kentällä siirryttiin terminaalista toiseen automaattisella junalla. Jututin samalle lennolle lähteviä työmiehiä, jotka olivat menossa työmatkalle Botnian tehtaille.
