Hi! As you may well know we were lucky enough to spend two fantastic weeks in Costa Rica with Sarah and Aoife. Between spotting wildlife, drinking rum, catching the sun and taking some fabulous boat rides, Aoife somehow managed to write some cracking poems! Here´s a couple of our favourites...
