The Wonders of a Small Irish Village February 28th 2005 This weekend, I went to the town of Doolin (about a 1.5 hour bus ride from Limerick) with four other American girls (two of which are from USC). My original plan for the weekend had been to go to Adare (about 25 minutes from Limerick) for a day trip, but when the opportunity arose to go to a traditional music festival in Doolin AND see the Cliffs of Moher, I couldn't pass it up.

I am a graduate from the University of South Carolina, finished my BA in May 2006 (with a major in English and a minor in Film Studies), and am now in graduate school at USC getting my MFA in Creative Writing. I spent Spring 2005 at the University of Limerick in Ireland studying abroad and traveled everywhere I could throughout Ireland and Europe!
