Monday 12th November We awoke to a cold morning, the car was covered in ice and the thermometer gave the outside temperature as - 4.5 degrees. We first backpacked in Eastern Europe in 2001 visiting Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia & Italy. In 2002 we spent the whole 12 months backpacking around the world.
