There are only two events likely to draw a bigger crowd than a Rwandan football match. While working closely with the staff at CCPRWA and other local NGOs in Rwanda it became obvious to me that whilst they’d achieved amazing results, with little or no resources, the survival of their activities hung desperately in the balance due to a lack of basic financial planning and management .
