We made an early start as Larni & Lynne needed to get away early and we had decided to go to London to pick up our visas from the Chinese Embassy. We first backpacked in Eastern Europe in 2001 visiting Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia & Italy. In 2002 we spent the whole 12 months backpacking around the world.
