Tues 23rd Oct: Got up early and drove down to the pool. Even though sun was already out, was still a wuss getting in. Did about 40 lengths but it was really hard going. There was so much sand in the water that even with my goggles on I couldn't see anything infront of me. Anyway, was good to get some exercise but that sand just got everywhere!
