Preparing dinner in the first village

Considering the conditions in the villages, the meals have been the best since I've been in Thailand!

After Bangkok I caught an overnight bus to Chiang Mai which is way up north. I originally intended to do a two day one night trek in the jungle but luckily there were not enough people so I got put on the three day two night instead.
