Dalat is in the South Central Highlands of Vietnam and is an affluent town filled with decaying French villas and English weather!
The colonial French used to come here to escape the suffocating Saigon heat and crowd, but the Vietnamese thought differently as almost all the locals had on their sweaters, coats and body-warmers!
