FRA : Bienvenue à Fraser Island. Ceci est la plus grande île de sable du monde, inscrite au Patrimoine Mondial de l’UNESCO depuis 1992. Le nom d’origine de l’île est «K’gari» dans la langue du peuple aborigène Butchulla. Cela signifie: paradis. Et ils n’auraient pas pu trouver meilleur nom pour cette merveille de la nature.
