Perlindaba Lavender Farms
July 21st 2007 An unexpected treat was the Lavender Festival at the Perlindaba Lavender Farms on San Juan Island. Lavender is not just for the bath anymore! We attended a culinary class on using lavender as a spice when cooking. We had many delicious taste treats and could purchase lavender in it's many forms before departing.
