Umberto and Edwardo

These two fine young men cook me my afternoon snack every day, because I'm still getting used to eating dinner at 9-10 at night. On the plate are four "empanadas", usually served with lemon, they are basically little pastries filled with mince and onion and maybee corn or whatever, they're delicious and you can buy them absolutely everywhere - there's even an Empanada Combo at McD's!

Well I've completed that 20hr Spanish course and I don't think I learn't anything. My best days are definately past me as I think sitting in a classroom at a desk hasn't got any easier for me. I'm loving Cordoba though, the weather is great all the time and the people here are generally really nice.
