October 16th 2005 We were told that when we came to Buenos Aires, we should try and see a football match at either River Plate or Boca Juniors to experience the fanatacism of the Argentinian crowds. After years of commuting by rail and road, we both decided enough was enough and to take the plunge and plan a Round the World trip. Six months was the limit we set, but who knows if we'll stick to it??
This trip has been in the pipeline for at least 18 months, and once the money was saved, the jabs done (ouch!), it was all systems go. As of 18th Sep 05, Lin and Jeremy have left the country!!... full info
