Dirt roadside stop

The dirt road became incredibly wild. We saw hardly anyone else. The landscape is steep and forested.

Leaving Whitianga, we took another dirt track across the peninsular from Coroglen to Tapu. It was rough in parts and we soon found ourselves in complete wilderness of forested peaks and valleys.
