One salsa class later and I am ready to take on the locals...or maybe not...the natural rhythm they build up over the years is just impossible to learn overnight! Ohh well, was good fun nonetheless. So the general idea is to head off into the depths of south america, stopping in Quito for 7 or so weeks, teaching kids english (yes, me and children, it will be interesting!- it'll do me good!!) with weekends off to lie on a beach/go white water rafting/climb volcanoes/bike/all those outdoor things i love but forget about when in the uk!! then into the jungle for a week or so, and down into Peru, possibly via a trendy surfing beach for a couple of weeks- Mancora/Trujillio, then on to Lima to pick up an organised tour through Inka-land and up int... full info
