This is what remains of her left rear flipper. It's not a lot, especially in comparison to a 'whole' flipper, but she has adapted amazingly well and still uses it for digging and covering her egg chamber (nest)!

He everybody! We are heading off on a 27-month stint with Peace Corps. We know we're going to the Eastern Caribbean, but we're still not sure which island :) We're also not entirely sure how often we will have internet access and be able to keep this site updated, but we will do our best!
