The day I got to Puerto Natales in Chile, I could hear all this cheering and yelling come from the other side of town, and when I got over there this is what I saw. hows that for a backdrop for a sunday footbal match huh? And it was the first game of soccer I´ve ever watched with a real fight in it, team on team it was great!
First taste of Patagonia May 2nd 2004 I just got back from a four day trek in the Torres del Paine national park which is on the Chilean side of Patagonia and man am I wasted! I'm russ, I'm from New Zealand and have developed a love for travelling over the last couple of years. It was the best descision of my life for sure, breaking the routine and heading off to explore the globe, and I would highly recommend getting out there and having a close up look and anything that you've read about or heard about that intrests you, because if it looks cool on TV, I can garuntee you that it'll be even cooler when you are there amoungst it.
