Arrival Kunming was my first stop on a tour of Yunnan Province. I chose to go with a tour group to ensure that I was with foreigners and an English speaking tour guide. My first overseas trip was in 1970 when my parents dragged me kicking and screaming (and crying) from the UK to Australia. Nowadays I thank them for that move.
