Robert Russa Moton High School

Former Robert Russa Moton High School in Farmville. The school opened in 1939 as a segregated high school for African-American students. In 1951, a two-week protest led to a desegregation case that was joined with four other cases decided by Brown vs. Board of Education. Later used as an elementary school.
