The bottom cookie was made by following the recipe on the back of the bag of Tollhouse chocolate chips. The top cookie was made with additional flour and baked at a higher temperature to compensate for the effects of baking at over 11,000 feet above sea level.

Sunday, 20 December, 2020 Hatun Q’ero is about a six hour drive from Cusco, which is why we asked the mayor of Paucartambo to send transportation that could pick us up at 5am.
