Coming Full Circle in Casablanca

October 27th 2020
Saturday, October 19th Day 14 -- Our final day in sun-kissed Essaouira – the perfect weather here had been a wonderful gift which we had taken for granted. Regrettably, this day we will have little or no time to breathe in the fresh sea breezes or walk the charming, narrow lanes of its colorful medina. Casablanca
I presume it was a tourist bus to show such an old film as Casablanca. Notwithstanding the quality of any film on a bus I prefer to look out the window and see the World go by while others look at their mobile phones, films or read. Casablanca
Thanks for your comment, Dave. I know I've mentioned numerous times that we were with a tour group, and toured by bus. Also in this blog I mentioned that the movie shown on this occasion was the first and only time that the monitors were used except to show us maps. As for the movie, I believe it was shown to rev up our anticipation of arriving in Casablanca. And believe me, the scenery between Essaouira and Casablanca was nothing to write home about especially when compared to the landscape we had previously scene during drives. Thanks for reading and I'm glad you like that photo!
