Bog Body #1

A bog body is a human cadaver that has been naturally mummified in a peat bog. Such bodies, sometimes known as bog people, are both geographically and chronologically widespread, having been dated to between 8000 BCE and the Second World War.

Last Day In Dublin

We started out the day with a visit to Dublin Castle. It’s actually the headquarters of the government. Part of it is really old and we went on a tour underneath where you can see walls built by the Vikings ca. 1035 ME.
