We spent a lot of time traveling today, making for a long day, but one full of spectacular scenery. We made a fairly short stop in Fort William before moving on to Glenfinnan and taking a few pictures of the viaduct used during the filming of Harry Potter movies. 2019 / New Adventure We are creating this blog for family and friends to once again travel “with us” as we explore the beauty of both Scotland and Ireland. As we sat here trying to come up with a somewhat unique title - and we did have some fun ones - we settled on “Day Trippin’ Thru Scotland and Ireland”. (Maybe not too unique, but compared to a few of Jim’s suggestions, this will work). Oh, and this trip Jim won’t be behind the wheel ... & believe me he’s not used to this!!
