That’s A Long Candle

A religious procession passed by with a statue of Mary carried by 4 men, and serious, devoted children following in a band, setting the beat foot the march. Everyone seemed to have these candles.

I hope people arriving in Santiago are not expecting the ‘premium’ pilgrim experience.
