July 15 We were up and at it early this morning. We’d needed to hookup and before leaving the campground dump the sewer. It was already really warm. David was sweat out by the time we were on the road. Thankfully, It was only 153 miles to the Badlands KOA, just outside the national park. As we drove we could feel the shimmy in the truck. For us traveling was something we always planned on doing in our retirement. Thankfully retirement came in April 2014. It took us a while to settle into our retirement home in Arizona. Last year we started a blog for family and friends as a way to take them along on our 5 month trip to Alaska. It turned out we enjoyed the blog as much or more than our followers because it was a reminder of our trip and all the wonderful daily adventures that faded over time.
