Bumpy roads of Iowa

July 6 We slept in this morning. I think all four of us were more tired than usual. We had breakfast after walking the dogs. I did a few loads of laundry. For us traveling was something we always planned on doing in our retirement. Thankfully retirement came in April 2014. It took us a while to settle into our retirement home in Arizona. Last year we started a blog for family and friends as a way to take them along on our 5 month trip to Alaska. It turned out we enjoyed the blog as much or more than our followers because it was a reminder of our trip and all the wonderful daily adventures that faded over time.
