Today we went up to Lastours - there are four ruined towers of castles 300M above sea level - we took the easy route and the views were terrific. After sandwiches for lunch we walked alongside the Canal du Midi and watched as a cruiser went through the locks. All done by electric motors! The crew were Australian !!!!!
