I had the opportunity to complete my Level 2 yoga class with my Brazilian teacher, Lee La. In addition to her extensive knowledge of yoga philosophy and spirituality, she always, always shared generously her beautiful sense of humour. She told me once that her name means “playful”. She carries it well.
