5th day on boat.captain took sailboathitchhiker friend on board.javier, 29,redhaired spanish.i get better withn my deckhandwork, captain makes oftn compliments.also captain seems mo relaxed,lessb angry. i get less tense. sunday ll by our freeday, we go 2 city n stuff, next week we ll sail.

pana is bit cheap.2.25 us nice foodplate,beer 45 c . people oftn seems vulgar.yep. re-met charley again.seem we develop ninto friendship.

u know, am afraid of tom,shy. he is authoritaric,militar style, we afraid 2 make mistakes,ask questions, he gets easy angry, 2 easy, he exagersates.

ok, was: smoke ,mp3.moonless nightsky exposin all its stars.soft movin water. than.like worms,huge, in water,swimmin arround front of boat.like stuff out of fantasymovie. i call javier,say: look,look,i smoked,but it looks fantastic.we watch.than i understood:its dolphins playin under,with,our boat, swimmin in fluorescent planctons, u know, thoose that shine by contact or movement. so there we stood,on our sailboat, at 02.00 night,absolutly fascinated by em creatures, that beauty of light that came under their harmonic movements, their dancin with the boat, their dancin with the stars.

javier wanted 2 fotograph.didnt work.

1 night tom wake us: come, engine broke down. we couldn repair .that night saw our boat floatin without controll on the pacific.next morn tom repared engine. 2night we ll arive golfito.

tom changed plan, want 2 buy new mainsail n wait 1 month 4 its arrival, than sail south.he asked: u want 2 come than ?? we think, yes, we take this free month n travel costa rica n nicaragua, than come back n go.
