Wednesday: Spent all day on a flat bottomed boat with 12 people (including all the same people as yesterday) whale watching. We saw 5 adult humpbacks and a mother and calf. Swimming with them was amazing. I can’t say much more- just look at the pictures / video (they don't convey how amazing they were).

We ended the day going to Mariners cave where the entrance is underwater and you have to dive down 2 meters and in 2 meters to get in. It was scary but I’m glad I did it.

If you look really carefully you can see the baby lying underneath the mothers head. This was taken while I was in the water with my camera in its plastic bag.

Why they are called humpbacks!

Whales!
Hi T, good to see you're having a great time...Whales look awesome...hopefully we'll see some in California too! Keep the photos coming, they're quality! Also, I can definitely recommend the beaches in Thailand...just try not to be there when there's a coup as parents tend to get worried...trust me!!
