Homer tunnel......different.....even with headlights on you still couldn't see much in front of you. Amazing how they managed to Create it through such hard rock in such conditions. A sloping tunnel for the wholelength of it. One car crash on the way back and unfortunately it is the same old story.....forgotwhich side of the road they were meant to be on.

The drive to Alex was pretty, but not much excitement. Managed to get there before dark, but it was one hell of a long drive.

My husband and I do a lot of traveling throughout Australia. With four boys, now all grown up we have decided to extend our travels. We have had some amazing experiences, and a couple of hair raising ones as well, but it has given our family a bigger picture of what is out there in the world.
