Up bright an early today….great!…not. Na wasn’t too bad even though you can see many people do not like the early starts but as were heading to Wanaka today it was a 6 hour journey but we have many stops planned apparently.

Today was ridiculous with the stops, there must have been about 6 10min stops for random crap. A breakfast stop, a waterfall with an optical illusion (in the pouring rain), a food stop, a stop to eat the food, lake wanaka stop, another lake stop. Every 2 bloody minutes, you know most people are trying to dose off and then he comes back on the microphone blabbering away. Jesus give it a break man! Anyways we eventually arrive at about 3pm, straight away to the supermarket which is literally behind the hostel, end up spending LOTS more than I would have wanted to but I just hope this food lasts.

We then quickly checked out the shops and Charmaine brought some flip flops which she needed as hers magically went missing. Ohhhh I forgot to mention, iv signed myself up for the Nevis Bungy, now im actually crapping myself as I didn’t want to do it but I have to, its 134m bungy...but you cant come here and not do it. I’m literally so scared but it has to be done.

We arrived in Wanaka to a nice brand new Base hostel, it was a Saturday night so we thought…we have to go out, its only in our nature, bearing in mind that we buy beers before so were not just wasting the money, we’re barely spending any money when we go out. Good night all in all, met some more new people etc etc, good vibe in Wanaka I liked it and the lake that we were on was pretty cool too.
