Lake Wanaka and the Misty Mountains

We then traveled to Wanaka to meet up with friends and enjoyed the beautiful hiking opportunities on Lake Wanaka. From the main street, a stunning view of the lake and the misty mountains could be seen. After a day of small town festivals, and hikes, the weather turned and stormy clouds rolled in. Thankfully, we weren't too far from the car and quickly scooted back to our friend's house, where we could watch the storm over the lake. The following day, we visited New Zealand's Puzzle World, for a day of silliness.
