I've given up on the photo album. It seems easier to just upload photos into the blog...

These are photos of our journey through the Heaphy Track in the Kahurangi National Park. The track is approximately 78 km. Sean and I did the track in 5 nights and 6 days starting New Years Day.

This was our first time hitching. We waited maybe 20 minutes between each car ride. We had 6 different rides on the way up, and then had to walk the last 13 km to the track.

This is a view from our tent. What a miserable night it was with wind and rain funneling through the mountains! I thought the tent would collapse, but it did well!

Really fun to see your photos!!! Thanks for sharing your trip. We love the buckets on the wheels of the bike! The sideways photo of Sean on the rocks scared us for a moment. We thought he was falling, but then realized the photo was sideways. Keep the updates coming!
