Welcome to our Blog!
We have left the beautiful Kaikoura in search of new lands and adventures! The last few days were manic, but we managed, at 20kmhr in 1st gear, to crawl over the Hundalees wtih our possessions. They have been left in the new house ready and waiting for our arrival in a year and a half! It was a slow trip and a busy few days loading and unloading gear. Thanks to all those that have helped!
We are now in South Canterbury, attempting to build a straw bale house. It has a floor and some supporting wood for the soon to be walls. It should be a fun and challenging project. We will be here until March 10th 2010, when we fly out to Canada and send some Moose (piccys!!) back.
