Wai would you wade in Waikato water in winter?

Despite the freezing weather and the fact it was the middle of winter, Charlie insisted on catching some waves! So we drove over to the beautiful Port Waikato to give him a chance to get cold and wet... There were some dog owners there letting their excitable puppies run around and burn off some energy, which is essentially what i felt i was doing... He didn't last too long in the water but seemed to enjoy it all the same.
