Tuesday, 23rd April - Day Twenty: a day trip to “Hobbiton”. This is a day we arranged for ourselves especially so that we could visit The Shire, and see where the Hobbits lived. Over five years ago and 78,000 miles later, we are still so enthused about traveling through North America, that we’ll continue as long as possible. Our home is a lovely 36’ 5th wheel trailer pulled by “Rex”, our F350 one ton pick-up truck. We’ve had some amazing trips, spent months with our families who live thousands of miles apart, made wonderful friends and seen spectacular scenery from the east coast to the west.
