So that's it. Another very busy 'holiday' and we are certainly looking forward to it.

Still lots to happen in the next 10 days so not focusing too much on it yet.

Joy got an urgent SOS from the head judge at a gymnastic competition in Tauranga for her to judge this coming weekend so we are driving the 5 hours up there on Friday after work and back late Sunday. I'm going to drive up to Auckland to see Dad and Mum and the rest of the family on Saturday while Joy is judging. So a busy weekend.

Of course nothing is ever straight forward!! Joy was also asked to judge at a gymnastics competition in Hastings on the Saturday we leave for the States and because they were desperately short of judges she said YES!!! They are flying her up to Auckland at 5.30pm Saturday evening. So hopefully things all work out with that, otherwise I've told her I'll be off on my own and she'll have to catch up!!!

That's it for this blog. The next one will either be just before we leave if there are any changes or once we land in New York City and catch our breath.

Bye until next time.
