Cottesloe picnic and sunset

Today the two girls from my room, Phil and Uli, made our way to Cottesloe beach in the afternoon armed with a picnic of fruit salad. It was a warm day so we headed into the water straight away playing in the waves. We spent the rest of the afternoon laying in the sun absorbing some vitamin D, reading and eating some fruit salad. We watched the sun set and took heaps of pictures. I'd been to this beach before a coupe of times and you might remember me saying this is the beach Heath Ledger used to hang out at.

It was a great way to spend the day and it's one of my favorite beaches.
