Monkey Mia
Observing the daily feeding of the wild dolphins 8
thDecember 2012
Monkey Mia Resort was beautiful. We got up early in the morning and watched the wild dolphins been fed by the Rangers. It is quite the popular event, with 110 people showing up for the 7:45 am feed and this was supposed to be the off-peak period. We checked out of the resort and headed towards the pier to board the Aristocrat yacht for a cruise to the local pearl farm and to watch the local wildlife of dolphins, turtles and dugongs. What a fantastic, memorable day it was! After a long and exciting day, we headed towards Kalbarri. We camped North of Kalbarri at Galena Bridge Campground and had no problems going to sleep that night!!!
