The Pubs of Kookynie
Great blogs Christine. A bit further into the remnant streets there is a pile of rubble which Margaret assured us had once been the Shamrock, owned and run by Paddy & Bridget Shine, my maternal grandparents, from about 1911 to 1920. A great little ghost town with an impressive roundabout. Safe travelling.
