Today peter and sue gave us a guided tour of Pt Hedland with peter leading the way and adding commentary on the uhf cb. They took us to a little lagoon where the dog and children played. Katrina lost her kite (I mean peter did) as when it was flying the string broke and it landed in the bull rushers or as peter said “ it landed in the middle of a pack of sharks” he looked for it bit it was lost forever. Peter ended up a great tour guide.

We decided to take peter and sue and kids out for dinner as a big thank you for their hospitality. We both agree we had a great weekend with a wonderful family, the stories and pictures that they could tell about their travels over the years were fantastic. The real amazing part was that Katrina who is 9 yrs old knew as much about their trips as they did.
