Broome

Arrived in Broome we were here 3 yrs ago so not expecting much to have changed, well we are surprised the town is much quieter and cleaner, and has expanded with a few more shops and residential areas.We pick up our post at the post office courtesy of Marion thank you.A few bills and a parcel from Scotland thanks Mum.We are at a popular campsite close to a tavern that blasts out music every night but that's ok. We are only a sand hill from the famous Cable beach, which boasts at being among the top 5 in the world.

Our intention is to wind down after the hype of the Falls and regroup before heading south toward Perth. Broome was once the Pearl center of the world and the history of that era is unbelievable, with mostly Japanese divers working the pearl
