Oh yeah that looks cold...
Well we are so close to the end. We have had a lovley couple of days here at Warrnambool, albeit very cold. But no rain so thats a bonus.
We left Horsham for a nice drive down to Warrnambool. Only dampner was a stop over at Hamilton for lunch and the only thing opened was a noodle bar. Worst ever! A container full of 2 min noodles with out the flavour sachet, one prawn and one skinny bit of broccoli! Out of character for me, I went back in and asked the guy how he had the audacity to charge $13.50 for one prawn! Ha ha , he went right off at me! 5 prawn. my wife put in, you ask any body 5 prawn! Silly old buggar! I told him I know he's lying but it didnt make any difference of course! Then he started on at the wife so I turned and left. So go to the noodle bar in Hamilton, at your own peril people!
We arrived in beautiful Warrnambool mid afternoon, to a hearty greeting by Tyson and Emilia and Kirby. They were playing in the playground at the front of the park and it

was so great to see the little guys come running up to us! Thats what its all about! We checked in for one last caravan park stop for this trip. We spoilt ourselves with an ensuite to transition back to having a real bathroom that you dont have to share with a myriad of others! No more random pyjama clad nomads trying to pretend to be chirpy first thing in the morning!
Kirby and Wasa had a little unit in the park so we parked and headed straight over. We spent the afternoon going for a walk around this beautiful town. We will definitely make a point of coming back this way in the warmer months. The surf was huge! Came flying up and over the wall that was near the boat ramp. Freezing unfortunately but fabulous to watch. We were lucky enough to see two seals waiting for off cuts from the fishermen. We spent the evening being entertained by the two little munchkins and sharing a yummy meal of spuds onion gravy and snags! Yummo!
Today we spent the day at a kids fun day, it was fantastic! Warnambool puts it on every year and its

a huge set up. They have stage shows, workshops for cooking, carpentry, animals etc. All geared really well for kids and they had a ball as did Nana and Pa! Pretty buggared at end of day but thats okay!
So off home tomorrow to complete this wonderful journey! Looking forward to it so much! Its been epic, fabulous and sometimes a bit tough. But kicked that bucket list to the moon and back so thats been fabulous!
Once weve settled in I am going to do a final summary blog. I will look forward to remembering all the wonderful moments! Till then! Stay warm..
